1. Our commitment
AB Sky & Design LLC has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Breve is an adults-only dating service. We strictly prohibit any content, conduct, or communication on Breve that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or otherwise harms a minor, and we act on every credible report we receive.
These standards apply to every user of Breve, everywhere the app is available, and are published in accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
2. Prohibited conduct and content
The following are expressly forbidden on Breve, without exception:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form โ images, video, audio, text, illustrations, or computer-generated depictions.
- Any sexualization of a minor, including sexualized commentary about a minor or sexualized depictions of a person who appears to be a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, or sexual advances directed at a minor, or attempts to arrange a meeting with a minor for a sexual purpose.
- Sextortion, or threatening to distribute intimate imagery of a minor.
- Child trafficking, or the advertisement, promotion, or facilitation of it.
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material or to services that provide it.
- Creating an account, or attempting to use Breve, while under the age of 18.
- Impersonating a minor, or presenting a profile that depicts a minor.
3. Minimum age and age assurance
Breve is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Users must confirm they are 18 or older to register, and accounts we identify or reasonably believe to belong to a minor are terminated. We remove profile content depicting minors in a sexualized manner, and we act on reports that an account holder is underage.
4. In-app reporting
Breve provides an in-app mechanism that lets any user report a profile, a message, or other content, including content that raises a child safety concern. Reports are routed to our moderation queue for human review. Reports involving suspected CSAE are prioritized and escalated immediately.
Child safety concerns may also be reported to us directly at the address in section 7.
5. How we address CSAE and CSAM
- Review. Every report of suspected CSAE receives prompt human review and is treated as a priority escalation.
- Removal. Confirmed violating content is removed from Breve.
- Enforcement. Accounts involved in CSAE are terminated, and we take reasonable steps to prevent the account holder from returning to the service.
- Reporting. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), and cooperate with NCMEC and with law enforcement as required by applicable law.
- Preservation. We preserve relevant records as required by applicable law to support investigations.
6. Legal compliance
We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where Breve is available, including United States reporting obligations under 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A. We regularly review these standards and our internal practices, and we update them as our product, our obligations, or applicable law change.
